Enterprise Training Standardization Initiative

I initiated an enterprise-wide effort to standardize training requirements across a global workforce of approximately 3,000 employees working in more than 100 locations. The challenge was creating consistency at the enterprise level while still accounting for local regulatory, client, equipment, and operational requirements.
The resulting framework connected global standards and local requirements to job codes and locations, assigned those requirements through the LMS, and provided leaders with centralized visibility into training compliance.
